/ deep set eyes

One makeup, two different outfits

Smart or casual? Two very different looks paired with the same makeup. Sounds like a recipe for disaster? You might be surprised...

Step 1: Real time makeup...

We’re starting with a bright, pale eyeshadow all over the eyelid, then adding a darker shade to the outer edge.
Nina has deep set eyes so we’ll follow the natural shape of the socket and blend the two colours together well.

Step 2: One makeup, two styles

For the first of today’s two styles we’re pairing a casual tracksuit with quite architectural makeup, and then we’ll try it with a second outfit that’s a completely different look.

Step 3: Back to black

We do love a black eyeliner and Nina has great, lifted eyes which carry this style well. We can go bold here too and in the spirit of Amy Winehouse let’s swoop that cat flick a little further out. Keep the liner very close to the lash line and then sweep it up, this will give a shaper, more drastic angle.
We’ll also apply the liner beneath the lower lashes and then connect the two parts at the corner.
Bobbi Brown eye liner is perfect for this because we can apply it right onto the water line without the dreaded fear of smudging. The same goes for the white pencil liner, we’ll put that on the inner corner of the eye and take it half way across where it will meet the black and really enhance that cat eye flick.
Just the lips and brows to finish and then we’ll take a look at the two finished styles.

Step 4: Smart or casual?

So with the two different styles complete which one do you prefer; the light, casual yellow or the cute dark one with accessories?

Tough choice, huh? Tell us what you think.
